      Pros

      I had a great team to work with, and management became my closest friends! They were clear with our sales goals and taught us tools to sell to the best of our ability. The company sets incentives that made employees want to work hard and well and our team had pride in our numbers and position in our region. Also, great discounts and the card system worked well for that.

      Cons

      Dress code was always a challenge; I understand its necessity but it changed often and was hard to keep up with/know the rules season to season. I wish there was a little bit more leniency, within good taste.

      Pros

      One of the only Pro's for working at Coach was that the Discount was amazing and when product was taken off the shelf it was further discounted

      Cons

      It is very hard to advance in the company. Because it is retail the hours aren't the best, some nights when it was busy, we would be stuck cleaning until maybe 11 or 12 at night. They also barely hire employees full-time.

      Pros

      The people I work with are very friendly and its easy work.

      Cons

      Too many people don't do work because they've worked there for so long they think they don't have to work. Then the management needs work on they can't communicate for the life of them and are under staffed. You also have to learn alot of stuff on your own and even though I like the people I work with there's alot of gossip I feel like i'm back in high school
