Pros

CloudLock is a great place to work. Everyone is highly motivated and ready to bring CloudLock to the next level. Management has an open door policy and encourages their employees to reach out to them if they need any assistance.

Cons

As a start up, resources are limited and employees have to wear multiple hats to accomplish the tasks at hand. It can be chaotic at times.

Great feedback. We are standing true to our mission and values, and the biggest contributor to that is the excellent people that become CloudLockers and help grow and shape our team. One way we maintain our startup culture is by constantly asking/pushing everybody to improve themselves, so we naturally raise the bar on hiring exceptional people, and regardless of when you come in, we're just getting started.

Pros

The culture, the passion, the excitement to dominate the space: It begins with the Co-Founders and reverberates throughout the company. I find myself surrounded by brilliant and charismatic people on a daily basis. Strong leadership exists at every level and every voice is heard. CloudLock is a phenomenal place to work.

Cons

I think the base salaries for Sales positions are low. Hopefully this is a "startup" effect. Fortunately, I have all the confidence in the world that CloudLock is just beginning to see success. The future is bright.

This is a fast-moving environment where ideas are embraced, management encourages you to raise and solve issues as you see them. There is a genuine focus on helping customers limit their risks and close exposures, which makes it easy to believe in the service we provide and work to make it better. People are genuine and supportive of each other. Good cross-functional cooperation.

Cons

Honestly, none. Environment provides many avenues internally to raise issues and they're addressed before becoming a negative influence.
