Pros

CloudLock Leadership understands what it means to take care of their employees. The benefits are great and very generous. There is a tremendous amount of "upside" and career growth opportunities.

Cons

Not so much a con, more about the reality for working for a successful start-up, there will be growing pains. CloudLock's tremendous growth (customer base, employee count, etc.) presents challenges on all fronts, but I am confident in Leadership and think the future is very bright.

Pros

This company is the first place I have worked for that I truly feel as though my contribution is respected and encouraged. Everyone works extremely hard...there's no going half way here, but that's one of the best things about it. The team is awesome and it really does feel like being around family much of the time. The building on the Charles River is beautiful and we have access to a gym, 2 decks to sit outside, and many other great things. The CEOs are always around and easy to talk to. Plus, the company is growing like crazy and has an incredibly bright future.

I honestly can't think of anything negative...
