One of the things I like the most is that people value everyones opinions. There is no one person deciding what or how to do something whether it is the best way or not. The work environment is very open and collaborative, and you can get help from people when you need it. Great work/life balance, and great culture throughout the whole company. Free lunch on Friday's is a great time to interact with people in other departments, and every other day of the week you can join others going out to get lunch. The people are very friendly and fun to be around. Overall it's a pretty good place to work.

The best thing about the company is that you have control of your job function, even though it is just an entry-level job. When you find something that can be improved, management will encourage you to step-up and lead the project. I came on aboard straight from school, and immediately jump on and lead a project that provided value to the company. And supervisor was encourage and they care about your feeling. It is absolutely a rewarding and high-performance culture, that allow us to grow and learn a lot.
