Pros

Summer internships are great, the atmosphere is nice. Perks such as extra holidays and swile card are ok too.

Cons

It is important to highlight that the management is very poor, salaries are low and this turns motivation down in consequence. On top of this communication and HR engagement towards employees is very poor. I do recommend the company for a short experience, but not for a long term career project. The company considers an internal barometer to reflect internal satisfaction, which is totally bias considered that they get figures and drive conclusions from a wide range of perpectives, that is to say, people who consider things from a summer job vision and also people who are projecting a career in the company, all in the same survey.

Pros

- Abundant number of projects of different sizes with the several BU; - Modernised and evolutive data stack; - Possibility of learning and developing for other than your specialised segment in the Data architecture; - Exigent working team with cool environment (brainstorming and knowledge share within the team is recurrent); - Hard to find a company with its identity so highly related to its business (yes, it is more inspirational to find solutions/ideas to your work problems when looking to the river in a boat than looking to concrete); - Teleworking allowed;

Cons

- It may take some time to reach the Paris office location; - If you have severe seasickness, it might be uncomfortable when there are several boats passing by; - If you are documentation or institutionalised processes dependent, in this growing company you might feel lost sometimes;
