Good working atmosphere, hybrid model including 2 days remote policy, and a great school to learn.

Cons

Huge working load that sometimes makes it difficult to focus on your own taks and KPI's. Salary it is just average.

Great team of young and international professionals. Good team spirit. Competitive environment.

Cons

Very strong micromanagement in all teams and departments. Competitive environment (both pro and con) but without enough trainings provided. Very rigid when it comes to remove work policy even though they try to make it look like they are making an effort in adapting to market trends.
