Pleasant working environment, international and dynamic teams.

Cons

The company had big expectations for 2022 so they hired way too much employees which was not the right strategy to adopt. They didn't target at all their objectives and that lead to economic redundancy . So it is not a company that provides job security. Wages are not enough.

I would never recommend working in this company. There is so much rotation and they only hire interns for high season. No matter if you did an excellent job you will never get a contract. You are paid very poorly and there is no chance to grow. Too loud and very unporfessional. The job is repetitve and its basically a call center. You cant move from your computer for 8 hours and micromanagement is absurd. They count the number of calls you do and targets are unreachable. Dont waste your time in this company. Cant understand how the company is still in the market.
