      Cons

      Job security concerns when an account sunsets, minimal salary/merit increase, some promotions seem to be driven by personal connections or alliances, company's rapid expansion has led to a loss of its original culture and values.

      Great Company but seems to be headed to an overseas model

While it is true that we have made some changes to our operational model, including expanding our presence overseas. As a global company serving global clients these decisions are always made with careful consideration. It is important for us to demonstrate our ability to conduct business in many countries, showing clients we are present and where they need us to be. A larger number of our clients are based in the US and yes, there is a cost component involved in any operating model, however our approach requires balance – both leaning into our global footprint, while evolving with expectations and trends as needed.       Pros

      This company is really good for a start up. Really flexible with filing leaves. Awesome work culture. Work life balance is 10/10.

      Cons

      Some leaders (not all) focus on mistakes rather than acknowledging the impactful things you've done, which can be demotivating and hinder personal growth. Constructive feedback should balance recognizing achievements with addressing areas for improvement.
