Hello, this is Molly Thiel, Chief Administrative Officer. Thank you for your comments, I appreciate your feedback. While it is true that we have made some changes to our operational model, including expanding our presence overseas. As a global company serving global clients these decisions are always made with careful consideration. It is important for us to demonstrate our ability to conduct business in many countries, showing clients we are present and where they need us to be. A larger number of our clients are based in the US and yes, there is a cost component involved in any operating model, however our approach requires balance – both leaning into our global footprint, while evolving with expectations and trends as needed.
