Pros

Compensation is Ok. Working at home is a big plus - one of the best perks. The people are the most professional, talented people you will find in the industry! I love the people I work with. Excellent courses and continuing education in the field.

Cons

Lack of structure and you are thrown into accounts without direction. New employee training needs much improvement. Lack of support from management I believe because they are focusing on too many accounts at once. Work/life balance is non-existent. You will have the feeling you are set up to fail. Loyalty is not reciprocal. I have seen recruiters put in 12 hour days, close jobs orders by the hundreds and not be treated as valuable employees - you are still considered replaceable. It has been disappointing to see the decline in the culture and values of a potentially great company.

Reasonably competitive pay, fun environment and a TON of educational opportunities. The internal training programs are incredible.

Cons

On a corporate scale, sometimes they try so hard to be transparent that it gets boring. On a team level, communication isn't always the greatest.
