      Pros

      Growing, fast paced, good training. Hire virtual recruiters. 'We become you' approach works.

      Cons

      Turnover is out of control. Too focused on growth and letting awesome employees get overworked / set up for failure.

      Good salary, time off, flexibility and benefits.Best of all, so much growth potential! Managers are very supportive of your growth and other opportunities you want to explore.
