Professional growth opportunities, but limited training, development, and mentorship as you grow into new roles.

Cons

The company is so very focused and driven toward specific goals and targets (ie the numbers), that they fail to recognize the need to continually invest in and support their employees. Leadership does not take the time to ensure those they have promoted into leadership positions are well prepared with training and mentorship opportunities. In my experience, I was left to deal with major issues with a client without any senior level support or backing.

Pros

Cielo (formerly pinstripe) is a great place to work, as long as you are not afraid of work. For those of us who like a competitive environment, it's the place to be. Career advancement is achievable, your efforts are recognized, like I said you have to be willing to really work, it's not a place you can just clock in and coast, which is what I love about Cielo. leaders at Cielo respect employees opinions and ideas.

Cons

I really can't think of any cons. There is free coffee, disposable forks and spoons, endless supply of tea and hot chocolate. What more could you want!

Turnover is high work loads often unmanageable Managers too busy to provide "real" leadership and are really more client managers - don't come here looking for a mentor Benefits package offer is poor
