      Pros

      Your career can explode with growth with hard work and a fast growing company. Really smart people, good culture.

      Cons

      Don't come here if you don't want to work hard and be pushed. Hypergrowth can lead to a bit of chaos at times. Not a good fit for people that love highly structured environments.

      Smart People, Great environment, Always moving

      Pros

      As a professional you are always learning and growning. You will be challenged to push yourself to be the best and always think outside the box. You are surrounded by very smart people and no day is ever the same. The organization lives the values and don't just hang them on the wall. Cielo offers their employees the ability to work from home allowing flexibilty in your day.

      Cons

      At times, it would be great to have salary ranges and job descriptions.

      everything changes day to day.
