When economy goes down, rpo is greatly affected. Not Cielo's fault but a downside to working in rpo.

nice people bad micro managing

Cons

too much micromanaging of the manager and not knowing anything about the team and giving all the work to seniors who also exert pressure on you and put you on PIP without despite how hard you try.
