Talks the talk but could do much better with employees

Pros

Amazingly collaborative team culture Work hard play hard mentality Great first step from agency if you're looking to move in house

Cons

No benefits No salary reviews Work incredibly long hours and the more you do the more that's asked Leadership team are stuck together and protect each other when they should value employee opinions and take their worries seriously SLT do not listen to employees- live in ivory towers/ mansions and gloss over important decision like not paying bonuses or missing out on awards

Cielo has some really great clients employees get the opportunity to work for.

Cons

There are times where Cielo does not seem to be 100% transparent regarding what is going on within the company and with its clients.
