Horrific and Unethical - Stay Away!!!

Leftover food some days...that's about it. They try to butter everyone up with games and food but don't be fooled.

Cons

Extremely unprofessional, manipulative and immature lower to mid management (client service managers). If you're looking for a place where you can be a doormat the rest of your life - apply at Cielo. You will be expected to work nights, weekends, holidays without extra pay. CSM's knowingly breach contracts & policies with clients. Do not trust these people...if they want you gone for any small reason they will make it happen and there is a ton of politics and drama involved. Being laid off was the best thing that could have happened to me. Thank god I don't have to deal with this place anymore. I'm sure all of the clients who backed out of their contracts early are thinking the same thing!

Pros

Values in motion before each meeting, flexibility with start time, there are opportunities that offer the ability to work remotely.

Cons

The culture highly supports employee's that are in the office. Remote employees do not have the support necessary to be successful. Pay rates are a bit below average with extremely low incentive raises.

Pros

Cielo is a great place to work. The leaders are the smartest and brightest i've ever worked with. They truly value everyone's opinion which is why Cielo continues to grow. We are a team trying to reach one goal and that's to be the best and most innovative RPO in the world.

Cons

Since Cielo is so innovative they always want to stay on the cutting edge of technology. With that in mind it's sometimes tough to adjust to that technology and different recruitment platforms as we are focused on kicking butt for our client. In the end it will only help us do our job better but in the short term can be a bit stressful.
