      I love my account and the other recruiters I work with The CEO is always present and takes the time to talk to us common employees We can work from home if there are snowstorms in Brookfield! Generous PTO The HR office in Brookfield is very professional

      Cons

      Some people are not meant to be team leads (which is okay, as long as it's recognized) There can be unreasonable expectations like wanting to have 400 fills between 25 recruiters per month The Cielo environment is not like corporate America. If you like the grade school confetti/art project vibe, it would be perfect for you but it's not my preference
