      I would not recommend working at this company

      Pros

      The salary and bonus was above average and working from home saves commute time and money.

      Cons

      Very poor training with little in the way of ATS training. VP level management are negative (one female actually came across as mean) and will throw you under the bus in a heartbeat. They are pretty much "yes" men for the client, even when the expectations are not realistic.

      Great entry-level position for college students

      Pros

      It was a fast-paced environment and it is great for recent grads looking to enter the working world. You can learn a lot of different skills during your time there and they sponsor really great lunch and learn programs.

      Cons

      Environment can be overwhelming at times.

      I am very happily employed at cielo. They are a company built upon their core values that are always reinforced daily. It's a great company to grow professionally with sound leadership in my experience.

      I wish the office was a bit nicer & more modern looking
