Thank you for taking the time to post. You're right - some of our entry level positions do require a lot of repetitive outbound calls. We hope that experience gave you the foundation needed to grow in your recruiting career, or whatever path you choose.

Pros

-Technology driven company -Fellow employees and client

Cons

-You get promoted if management likes you, either you are on the fast track or you are not (worked 24/7 and watched everyone else get promoted). -Comp is on the low end -Not a solutions driven organization (very unorganized) -Only care about billing their clients, very money driven.
