      Pros

      Thought it would be a stepping stone company but I took advantage of "owning my success" and growing my career with this company.

      Cons

      When I started the company was much smaller with only around 230 employees- although the company tries very hard to keep employees engaged with everything happening and in the know, sometimes we do not find out about important details like important promotions (except on a PowerPoint deck) or when important people exit the business. Much of this information used to be shared but now is not so widely shared.

We have experienced significant growth over the past couple of years and admittedly, the "coming and going" communications are not done in the same way that they were when we were smaller.       Good starter company, but overall would not recommend

      Pros

      great company if you're looking to gain experience in recruiting and human resources great resources for learning and growth

      Cons

      lots of new employees are hired under LTE (contract) status, so you aren't offered any benefits terrible leadership employees are not valued, respected, or treated equally lots of cliques throughout the office pay is very low no job security They really push this great idea of company culture, but it is not at all reflected in the reality of your every day job duties and the leadership

      Taught me a lot but I deserved better

      Pros

      - family like culture - great teams - some good leadership - flexible work hours and good PTO At Cielo you will wear a lot of hats and you will be pushed outside your role dealing with very high expectations and at a very fast pace. This is helpful once you leave because you will have gained time management skills, dealing with multiple managing styles (they move you around a lot) and wearing multiple hats.

      Cons

      - micromanaged - employees know they are not of value - company is only interested in investors - employees are overworked and underappreciated, and grossly underpaid - decisions are made top down with awful communication and lack of understanding - morally very questionable
