I cannot list a single one about this joke of a company

Cons

Poor management, minimal training, workflow NOT documented, countless errors from the Bridge, TAC and RS/IS staff. I have never worked for such an unorganized company.

Flexible but not a great company

Pros

They were great at being flexible with hours, and emergency family, last min leaving. The leadership could improve, the hours were ok but it was always hard to get approved.

Cons

the pay is crap, they talk about support alot but it doesn't reflect their culture and work. Training is one day and your on own. They preach growth and support but when you want to move up, it's who you know not what you know. It a great starter company but not worth staying.
