Pros

You learn about the kind of place you don’t want to work and the kind of boss you don’t want to be!

Cons

Very low pay, very high turn over, poor leadership, poor internal HR , cultish type culture, constantly losing accounts and laying off staff. Just lost Ascension due to poor performance and breach of contract. Huge loss......they won’t recover. Time for the CEO to retire.

Yikes! I believe that everyone deserves a career they love, and it’s clear that we’re not delivering on that for you. I encourage you to speak with me, your leader or a leader you’re most comfortable with about your concerns. 2018 is off to a very strong start with new client wins, new colleagues joining Cielo, and strong client satisfaction. I hope that you’ll use the feedback channels available to you so that you can share in our success. My door is always open or contact me any time at sue.marks@cielotalent.com.

Pros

Opportunity to learn and do more. More resources and expertise to draw on specific to talent acquisition than any other environment.

Cons

Consulting means you always have to better; clients drive a high degree of accountability that isn’t always reciprocated. The pace of change isn’t for everyone.

Hi, this is Marissa Geist, Managing Director for the Americas. Congratulations on celebrating your first year with Cielo! It sounds like you have already seen the amazing potential for growth Cielo offers. We work hard to offer an environment where all employees have opportunities to learn and refine their skills. That said, we do move at a fast pace, which can be both challenging and rewarding for our high-performing teams. If you have suggestions on how we can action your advice, please talk to your leader or come find me directly to share your thoughts. Thank you for your feedback!

Sr. Recruiter

Pros

Good training and most leader were good leaders.

Cons

The recruiter and leaders turn-over was overwhelming. This made it difficult to keep up with the new team members. The salary can be better. If account you are working on is closing they are not clear with the information until a week before. Some leaders just didn’t listen to their clients contract problems, try to understand their organizational culture and don’t just leave the recruiter to handle something that has nothing to do with their job description. I do understand that most leaders had too much in their hands and they might even have limited information to solve client problems.

Hi, this is Tara Cassady, Senior Vice President of Client Services. Please know that I welcome the opportunity to discuss your feedback live/ in person. My door’s always open, or you can email me at tara.cassady@cielotalent.com. We do have regularly-scheduled meetings with our teams and with each client to align on expectations, discuss results and understand any opportunities for improvement. If I knew the account you are referring to, I could better address the concerns around leadership and communication. As far as account transitions go, they do happen, and we do our best to communicate with our teams early and often. What’s more is that with all the new business we have implementing in early 2018, we are able to offer employees in good standing the opportunity to work for a new team. We will always put our people first and if ever there’s a question about a leader who is not living up to that promise, my hope is that concerns like these will be communicated through the available feedback channels – our leaders’ open doors, your People & Culture team, employee surveys, team discussions and more - so that we may address them. I look forward to hearing from you.
