      Work load is high - lack of work/life balance No career path/leadership training for Sr Recruiters Entry level recruiters replacing more tenured employees due to cost Sr leadership is very removed from what is going on in the front line All about the bottom line Low salaries Some people allowed to work from home, others are not

We do work hard and expect a lot of ourselves.       Worked to death

      Pros

      You a have a small chance of getting a good manager but it is slim.

      Cons

      Workload vs pay is seriously out of balance. The recruiter jobs are NOT recruiting..they are account managment jobs. They will overload you with up to 50 managers to support, the reporting it out of control and the internal ATS is horrible and painful to use. You are 100% ingrained with the client yet still expected to take self improvement classes, training and contribute on company facebook(yammer..it's required)

Having worked here for over three years, I'm curious to know whether this has been your experience from the start, or if something has recently changed to make you feel this way. I would like to learn more. I would ask you, as I always do, for you to stop in or schedule time with me. I do know there is a lot to balance while being a Cielo team member and dedicated to a client partner - from processes to expectations, to balance. We do care about creating a work environment where individuals have the opportunity to be successful. Again, I would welcome and value the opportunity to connect live.

      Ruthless and uncaring

      Flexible and generous with booze!

      Cons

      If your face doesn’t fit you will never progress. Senior leaders are ill equipped to manage and show favouritism to ‘yes’ people. No development or equal opportunities . If a new role comes up there is always someone earmarked for it and appointed before anyone even knows there is a vacancy.

      Ouch, this is a hard read, especially coming from a colleague who has spent so much time with us, and I am genuinely sorry that this was your experience. Our philosophy is to make all opportunities available to all employees, but I do accept that our determination to put our customers first does sometimes mean that we fall short.
