work from home; cutting edge technology

it's like an adult version of Mean Girls, very cliquey, favorites are OBVIOUS and there is not a level playing field. Sales team offers near impossible guarantees and SLAs that recruitment team can barely meet.

Everything else that could be thought of. What should say the most about working here? I had a death in my immediate family. I had to log on to do my timesheet and saw that projects were being assigned to me being due just a few days later - before we even knew when the funeral was. I was pressured into returning to work before I was ready (the day after the funeral of a parent) because of the projects and will ALWAYS dearly regret putting my work ahead of my family and my personal well-being. I had PTO to use and felt pressured to return before I was ready.

Sue Marks here, and I’m incredibly sorry for your loss. The experience you shared is unacceptable and in fact I don’t have the right words to address this post. Some of the people are lovely who work there

Cons

Management have no idea what they’re doing and some are actually terrible at their jobs. I witnessed bullying while I worked there on numerous occasions and it isn’t acknowledged. It states in contracts that you’re not allowed to discuss pay rates with colleagues but people do and I found that people doing the exact same job are on completely different salaries - mentioned this to managers and they don’t want to know. The pay aspect is actually ridiculous there are people that had been there for years in the role and was on thousands less than others. Management is horrific and I would not recommend this company to anyone. The hours are so long and you are over worked and underpaid. Bonus scheme only applies to managers when they do nothing.
