Pros

Good for newbies who’s starting out in the field of RPO. They will train and help you improve your skills. They also provide higher rate compared to other RPOs in the company.

Cons

Stability wise? Not the right company for you since they continuously lay off their employees for the last 2 years. I had the worst experience dealing with our US Recruiters because a) they love to escalate the Recruitment Specialist on our account without properly communicating with the employee b) they blame the Recruitment Specialist on the missed interviews of the recruiters. Not once but twice this has happened to me and to my 4 other colleagues. When we got laid off, I asked for the basis on why we are the identified employees who are going to be removed on the account, but their only response was “they randomly picked” on who are going to be laid off from the company. It’s funny because the RS who were laid off from our account were the ones who had an escalation from a recruiter who did not even tried to reach out or communicate with us. Process for our account was not established as well. We got a couple of recruiters talking behind our backs and gossiping with our other team members. Im not even sure how they lasted long in the professional world with their work ethics. I hope Cielo can provide Work Ethics training to their current and future employees to prevent any traumatizing experience on their team members.

Hello, this is Greg Summers, Chief Client Officer. Any changes we make within the organization are not without careful planning and consideration of the impact this will have on our teams. While I'm pleased you were given the opportunity to widen your skill set within your Recruitment Specialist role, it's concerning to read what you've shared from your time here. Would you be open to having a conversation about your personal experience, to help me address this and ensure we can maintain an inclusive employee experience for our people? You can reach me at Greg.Summers@cielotalent.com. Thank you.

Great benefits including time off and flexibility. Positive work culture that prioritizes mental health and wellbeing.

Cons

Frequent changes in leadership makes it hard to know who to go to with questions. Recent waves in layoffs creating fear of job security.
