Pros

Remote but even this is going away because there’s rumours of RTO by May in Manila.

Cons

Underpaid, no promotion, no growth, no incentives, bonuses are delayed and cut. Management will set up a call once they hear you complain about workload or ask for a promotion to feed you corporate approved text.

As with any messaging that we put out to the business, if there are any changes that may impact your or your team we will communicate this appropriately to ensure our people's wellbeing comes first. Your concerns about compensation, growth opportunities, and bonuses are valid, and we acknowledge that there is room for improvement. I want to assure you that we review our compensation and promotion policies to ensure they align with industry standards and recognize the hard work and dedication of our team members. While bonuses may have been impacted by broader company performance, and external factors out of our control. we're actively working to ensure fair and timely distribution. Travel is a necessary part of running a global business and will always have a place at some level. However, your points are valid in that we do need to balance visibility in the market with economic factors. Our travel budgets have been significantly reduced and are focused on required travel for purposes of specific needs such as moving to new locations. The slowness in the global economy has challenged us with navigating running regular business operations with adjusting to market conditions. We do remain committed to working that balance and ensuring our teams have the best possible experience at Cielo.
