While bonuses may have been impacted by broader company performance, and external factors out of our control. we're actively working to ensure fair and timely distribution.
Travel is a necessary part of running a global business and will always have a place at some level. However, your points are valid in that we do need to balance visibility in the market with economic factors. Our travel budgets have been significantly reduced and are focused on required travel for purposes of specific needs such as moving to new locations. The slowness in the global economy has challenged us with navigating running regular business operations with adjusting to market conditions. We do remain committed to working that balance and ensuring our teams have the best possible experience at Cielo. No bonus, no merit increase pay out over the last 4 years. They say they want to strenghten their customer relationships and allocate more to AI but this is the worst way to do it. If your team went above and beyond and secured continuing business the bare minimum is a small merit increase. Growth opportunities for high performing employees will bring you more business. There is nothing to look forward to aside from a paycheck and contract renewal every 6 months.
