I want to assure you that we value your contributions to Cielo and continue to commit to creating opportunities for professional development through dedicated leadership training, and most recently the Spark Hub from the Talent Development team, with various resources specific to all the roles we have here. Our priority during these times has been to retain our top talent, doing everything we can to support our employees while being as transparent as possible about any changes.
