Great flexibility, work from home

Cons

Low pay, terrible benefits, haven’t received a full bonus in years (all perf reviews have been EXCEEDS), meager yearly raise, no stability after 6 years-Cielo has had 6 rounds of RIFS since 2020.

Our priority during these times has been to retain our top talent, doing everything we can to support our employees while being as transparent as possible about any changes. I also want to assure you that while we may not have been able to provide the full bonus amounts in recent years, unlike many of our competitors, we have made efforts to recognize and appreciate our employees in other ways for example our annual Global Day Away to paid Birthdays and Cielo-versaries. well established clients. Interesting projects; friendly coworkers

Cons

No bonus, no merit increase pay out over the last 4 years. They say they want to strenghten their customer relationships and allocate more to AI but this is the worst way to do it. If your team went above and beyond and secured continuing business the bare minimum is a small merit increase. Growth opportunities for high performing employees will bring you more business. There is nothing to look forward to aside from a paycheck and contract renewal every 6 months.
