      Great colleagues to work with, pay ok.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is micromanaging, controlling and condescending. Worse is they plan to make a tyrant who acts like a toddler when he doesn’t get his way the president. No pay scale, no security no real HR policies or department.

      The company gives a high level of priority to keeping a respectful and inclusive work environment. Leadership culture is shifting to allow the newer staff/generations to bring a more innovative approach to all aspects of the organization.
