      Lovely coworkers, flexible hybrid schedule, convenient location

      Cons

      Working here absolutely stifled my growth. The management was extremely controlling, distrustful, and micromanaging. As soon as I indicated that I would like to explore other roles at the organization that were better suited for my skillset, I was let go without an explanation. Upper management is either incredibly rude or absent.
