      Pros

      The environment is very friendly and wonderfully balanced between laid back and productively challenging to help with professional development. Everyone is there for each other and everyone's voice counts--even if you are a newcomer to the organization. The work itself is really gratifying and there are many opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      The workflow is not as consistent as one would like. There are weeks where you are pushing yourself to meet deadlines and others where you find time to attend conferences, learn about new projects and softwares and sit in on trainings.
