      Pros

      The organization does a lot of valuable work. There are articulated shared work values and a feeling of accountability/upholding those. For parents, there is also access to a low-cost childcare center.

      Cons

      Part of it is related to the type of funding (government contracts), but there is an inordinate amount of time spent on timesheets/clocking in and out (for all employees, whether exempt or non-exempt). The budgets ebb and flow, so the benefits are also limited.
