Work/Life Balance suffers greatly. Good employees have been fleeing for years. Very few tenured employees left, much of the tribal knowledge has gone. Downward slide started with the change in CEO years ago and rolled downhill in the business and in IT. That started a domino effect where good management fell and was replaced with bad. Company sacrificed everything on the altar of Stock Price.

Loyalty is to shareholders and Wall Street. Don’t care about associates or franchisees. Expectation is that you will work 24/7. Don’t respect people’s opinions. Want people to shut up, listen and do what they are told. Tout a culture of diversity and inclusion yet most senior leaders are men.
