One of the only perks of this company is the benefits

Cons

Everything. From lack of communication and processes to a sad excuse of a global sales organization. Absolute disaster. Do not recommend this organization to anyone. They can't seem to "get it right".

The people are great. The facility is very nice.

Cons

Fear of losing your job every day if you make one boss angry or do not do her bidding. Training was abysmal. Team leads were not qualified to answer half of the questions. Team leads would work from home, but were unreachable in a crisis. Team supervisors hated the manager and the fighting was obvious.

What sucks: * Parking * Management ask me to lie about my time on a project which is not cool * Not enough projects to go around Comment: My gut feeling that designers are revolving door with this company. Advice: Designers find somewhere else to work. I choose one star for this company
