Company has a well defined chain of progression for employment, it has done well through the pandemic, expanding domestically and internationally.

Cons

Career paths are very stove-piped, it's difficult to move from an individual contributor to a management position, even in light of informal supervisory experience and upper management support. Career tracks tend to pigenhole people and narrow the focus, particularly for high performers.

There were some really great co-workers at Choice

Cons

The IT management was some of the worst I have experienced. One in particular kept sharing their political views, their sexual status, and kept commenting to me about people to stay away from.
