Leadership only recognizes a select few and there is a lot of nepotism. The reorg every quarter so it is a revolving door with no stability

Large company, room to move around if you know the right people. Great co-workers. Good location. 1/2 days before major holidays.

Cons

A few toxic leaders, that never face consequences. Motto is to be bold, be quick, show integrity, but these things seldom happen.
