      Pros

      Really great company with great benefits. They did a complete culture shift in my 4 years there, and became a very people-oriented company. Still lots of quirks with senior leadership and unrealistic goals and demands, but in general the people are great and provides access to a lot of great resources.

      Cons

      Senior leadership was an old boys club. One in particular who was in charge of marketing, sales and distribution borderline mistreated employees by not even saying hi in a hallway or acknowledging any of his employees that bust their butt for him. A lot of favoritism to certain people, but again that's just one person not the whole company.

      Everything. From lack of communication and processes to a sad excuse of a global sales organization. Absolute disaster. Do not recommend this organization to anyone. They can't seem to "get it right".
