      Pros

      On the cutting edge of technology. The people are great. Loved the company.

      Cons

      One bad apple can ruin the bunch like all places. Work/life balance for some can be a bit tough which all companies seem to have. Do not forget the business of hospitality which is your CORE business.

      Big enough to matter but small enough that you can make a real difference

      Pros

      - large span of control, consequently have a lot of exposure and visibility into different parts of the business and more senior management - original founding family is still heavily involved - that family dynamic is still at play giving the company a friendly culture

      Cons

      - lack of IT resources - lack of career mobility but it is getting better

      Pros

      The training is great and working OT options plentiful and the management is supportive. I would recommend it to a friend.

      Cons

      I don't have any cons but there is a 20 word minimum and I have to fill it in to get this form submitted.
