Pros

I get a discount on any choice hotels rooms. The GM is super nice. The other employees are super nice. Very clean. Training has been easy. They will help you no matter what time of night. If you have a question they will answer it the best they know how. They teach you step by step. Choice University is great for learning.

Cons

Getting your sleep pattern down for third shift. There really isn't anymore I have personally

Great company to work for with good life/work balance. Excellent to management team. Company provide adequate resources to succeed in the position.

Cons

None critical enough to declare or mention about. Management created a great working environment for associates to succeed in their job
