      Pros

      As for the corporate, they are always willing to help and do not give up until the problem is solved.

      Cons

      As for each individual hotel, the owners are becoming very greedy. Rather than do what is best for customers, they are cutting corners and doing everything to save their penny and the regulars are noticing.

      If you're good and you find yourself working for a trusting manager, you can really make a difference for the company.

      Cons

      Choice Hotels is an old company and comes with a boatload of bureaucracy and process. If you're a hiring manager, the HR process is tedious and heavy.
