      Pros

      Interacting with great people. If you're a student this is a perfect job for you, as you can get school work done when there's downtime

      Cons

      The pay wasn't the best for a non-student, but if you're a student it could be decent.

      not great pay also it was in 2018 but it would not let me go back that far

      flexible schedule, and that s about it.

      Cons

      The minimum wage has not changed, and the minimum wage was super cheap and not up to code, so I doubt it's changed.
