Great people who are working very hard.

Cons

There are several: 1. The executive leadership in Rockville needs to let go and stop controlling everything. It takes forever to get things done because it has to be approved at the highest levels of the organization 2. It's very antiquated in its management practices. Get with the times. 3. Almost all of its leadership are white males.

Was a great place to work before they ruined the IT company

Cons

Horrible leadership, dishonest, corrupt and horrible place to work. I worked there for 5+ years and the company does not care about the staff. Company has lost the majority of the staff who helped make the company very profitable. Benefits are the worse in the industry. I would steer clear of this company.

Cons

Upper management issues and infighting destroyed the drive for a SAFe organization. Nearsightedness of upper management is destroying what could have become a world class business opportunity.
