Pros

hotel discounts, some great benefits, some fine people

Cons

Hyper political atmosphere; finance vs commercial vs technology. Constant battles all the way from the executive staff down to the directors. Everyone trying to prove their value at the expense of the others. Also, if you aren't in a technical role, there are very few development opportunities outside of corporate in Rockville, MD. Additionally, there are performance management issues, multiple high performing employees placed on PIPs rather than coached and supported. Turn over remains high due to low pay, no bonuses for levels below director (or manager with direct reports) and lower morale in the Scottsdale office. Company cutting back on expenses but not cutting executive expenses and bonuses. Lastly, there is a lack of consistent accountability throughout the company and specifically on performance related to system fund based on a lack of profit motive due to franchisee funding and the ability to deficit spend.

Pros

Great company, great product and growth. Great potential with many seasoned teams in each level already in place to move forward.

Cons

Leadership constantly has engagement surveys, but fails to acknowledge and make necessary changes. Using unqualified consultants to make key account decisions. No pay raises, no use of extremely seasoned staff. HR will not address any issues, they are there to protect company, not employee. Just ask the countless people who have left and made same specific comments during exit interviews, including former VP's, Directors.
