As a tester I was the company from the bottom up. It could use some work. The pros included people that get along well.

Cons

Technically speaking the grind work is poorly distributed && the departments are unorganized.

Some really great people to work with. Very talented field staff and in house folks as well, and a good product mix. Very good technical training.

Cons

From my perspective, they too often made decisions based on short term financial goals to try to temporarily boost price per share, rather than opt for what would be a strategic long term goal in the firms long term best interest.

there is a good life balance, easy to get along with most people, work remotely most of the time

people think that being in the field service area you are at there beck and call, don't care what else is going on only what they want down seem important
