      Pros

      Some really great people to work with. Very talented field staff and in house folks as well, and a good product mix. Very good technical training.

      Cons

      From my perspective, they too often made decisions based on short term financial goals to try to temporarily boost price per share, rather than opt for what would be a strategic long term goal in the firms long term best interest.

      Pros

      kind of flexible on scheduling. decent pay not too stressful

      Cons

      overworked with no care about your personal life they say your scheduled 8 hours but constantly 12+ hour days even though you work within their time estimates. Absolutely no reason to be efficient with your schedule and routes because they just keep adding work.
