Pros

Corporate on boarding very professional. Good growth and the company seems quite well respected.

Cons

On Boarding t the team level was more haphazard. Organisation seems a little disjointed - which leads to people working in silos and not collaborating between departments.

Over the last two years we have worked hard to improve our onboarding programme and we will be following up with local teams to ensure this is improved further. We are a very diverse business providing a range of different services and one group objective is ensuring the various businesses in the group collaborate more. We have already started work on this in respect of client account management, a lunch with leaders programme and cross-business learning and development, so we are confident this will improve.
