8yWe appreciate your time in writing the review and providing feedback. Over the last two years we have worked hard to improve our onboarding programme and we will be following up with local teams to ensure this is improved further. We are a very diverse business providing a range of different services and one group objective is ensuring the various businesses in the group collaborate more. We have already started work on this in respect of client account management, a lunch with leaders programme and cross-business learning and development, so we are confident this will improve.
