- The 'pros' seem only to be available in some of the group's business lines. - Corporate white-washing, and drive to enforce uniformity without apparent regard for the needs of individuals and the different businesses within the group. - Burgeoning middle-management, whilst redundancies are being made further down the structure. - Remuneration seems (below?) average, with increases appearing to be reactive to business threats, rather than proactive to reward performance / potential.

Senior managers completely out of touch with staff yet have overall say on bonus/pay increase without understanding or getting involved with staff Poor benefits - no gym membership unlike a lot of companies Senior managers reap the rewards despite doing very little Lack of communication on business issues (like restructuring a whole department and sending their work to another country all on the down low) Poor pay Poor bonus
