- The 'pros' seem only to be available in some of the group's business lines. - Corporate white-washing, and drive to enforce uniformity without apparent regard for the needs of individuals and the different businesses within the group. - Burgeoning middle-management, whilst redundancies are being made further down the structure. - Remuneration seems (below?) average, with increases appearing to be reactive to business threats, rather than proactive to reward performance / potential.
